The Horizontal Silo – HR Mobile is designed for the storage and dosing of powdered materials such as cement, lime, bentonite, and fillers. Its compact and robust structure allows for easy transport both by truck and in containers, ensuring fast installation and handling on site.

It is equipped with telescopic lifting systems for loading, unloading, and positioning operations, with a frame prepared for a load cell weighing system and upper lifting points for hoisting.

Loading is carried out via a DN100 quick coupling, with internal distribution through a Ø114 mm pipe featuring a wear-resistant bend and dedicated vent, ensuring uniform and dust-free filling.

Discharge is handled by a high-efficiency horizontal screw conveyor, configurable from 17 to 40 m³/h, combined with an external inclined screw conveyor of either 5.5 m or 12 m.

In terms of safety and maintenance, it includes a dust collector filter, roof-mounted safety valve, inspection hatches and doors, emergency stop buttons, operator control panel, and dedicated safety signage. Three-phase power supply compliant with the most common electrical standards, complete with operation manual and CE declaration.

The structure is made of steel with P2 surface preparation and Sa 2.5 sandblasting (ISO 8501), finished with a standard RAL 9002 paint cycle.

Available in various capacities, the silo can be configured with multiple optional features to provide a fully autonomous and customized solution, ensuring reliability, versatility, and ease of use even in the most demanding high-mobility job sites.
