EURO-ECO and EURO-WASH systems are designed to treat residual concrete contained in the truck mixers and pumps at the end of the working cycle. This diluted concrete, through a screw separation system, is divided into aggregates and water containing the cement and silt particles. Washed aggregates can be reused in the concrete production cycle; meanwhile the water, poured into special tanks equipped with agitators to keep the solid material in suspension, is used, with suitable submersible pumps, both in production cycle and in the washing of the same truck mixers.
