Brief summary of the project in numbers:

• 4 production halls realized by Euromecc for different production areas,
• Daily production of 168 segments, with a total of 224 350 segments to be produced in less than 48 months,
• Each segment contains 2.7 m3 of concrete and weighs 6.5 tonnes, produced in 7 minutes,
• Plant with two planetary mixers of 2 m³ each,
• Aggregate feeding system consists of two 25 m³ hoppers each,
• Aggregate storage unit with a capacity of more than 300 m³, divided into 6 grain sizes,
• 6 independent weighing hoppers, each with 4 load cells,
• Two binder silos of 90 m³ each for each mixer and a shared silica fume silo,
• 100% of wash water recovered and reused via a recycling system.
