Project: Construction of a concrete mixing plant for prefabricated railway sleepers
Euromecc has designed an ad-hoc solution to meet the high production capacities required by the client company, which manufactures high-speed sleepers. It is a plant that ensures high production of concrete (320 m3 per shift) and that allows the loading of both wagon and truck mixer. The plant is equipped with a planetary mixer, a 20 m3 hopper for the loading of aggregates from the ground, a reversible conveyor belt for the filling of storage compartments and high precision dosing nozzles. In addition, an aggregate cooling system has been integrated.

Main features
The plant is fully covered and fully dust free to minimize the environmental impact; it is also equipped with a system for the recovery of residual concrete and the washing of concrete mixers and pumps. The coatings are made of steel and are wear-resistant, the safety systems are CE compliant and the structures are UNI EN ISO 1090-1/-2 certified. The innovative automation system ensures simple and intuitive management.
